  1. Sister in Christ; if you believe that the Holy Spirit is leading you into this, then you WILL be blessed with the gifts to accomplish it. Not only that, but the Holy Spirit will continue to bring your way, all those that He wishes to see your writings so that they will be blessed, encouraged, inspired and built up in Him!!! Praise God for your calling! One other word of encouragement, remember that we are all servants called to obedience to the Lord. You might see me comment time and again about serving and to me, serving is just another word for ministering! For we all minister before the Lord and His Spirit!

Also, I LOVE, LOVE poetry, inspirational and uplifting and I love to reblog if the writer allows it. So as I get more into your blog, don’t be surprised when I ask. I am no poet, I don’t have the gift or creativity but boy has the Lord given me a love for it!!!

I will also be adding your site to my Blogs Followed page, which allows others to see other sites AND I use the list for intercessory prayer for those ministries/blogs who endeavor to serve the Lord and all those that the Lord sends their way.

God bless you richly in your service/ministry to the Lord and to all of us!!

    1. Thank you for your very kind words. If God places it on your heart to share the work he accomplished through me you may certainly share it. To God goes the glory, I can do nothing on my own however everything through Christ who strengthens me. God is almighty and he has given us different talents to complete his work for him which together becomes an amazing work. Your words are a real encouragement as I had doubts for a long time and fear to start a blog because I was afraid to write things that God might not agree with out of not knowing better and I asked God why me? Who would want to read what I write? However I’m happy I obeyed, I do need God every step of the way. Thank you once more, may God bless you.

  4. Although I do not share your faith, I share your mission to help people and offer guidance. I wish you much success and believe all intentions arising from the heart are felt by those in need. I hope this shows the world that tolerance and acceptance of different people and their faith unifies us in the eyes of God.

  10. You have made a wise choice. Blogging puts the world at your fingertips. And many who pride themselves on being open minded, of other faiths, wind up embracing your effort, that they too would find some respect for their effort. Exposure occurs. God does the rest. It is a complex place in that respect. But exposure to the Word is what is our responsibility in the end. People like wit, profoundness. But yes it is true, there are many who prefer simplicity. And so we use both. Sincere, and harmless at time wins us some. Other times, they want to brush up close to Wisdom. They have little idea what a ride they are in for.
It is a calling when handled properly.
Bless your efforts. I know that as I write, you will have been on your journey some time yet.
Work for the night is still young yet.

  11. God bless!! This blog is too great. 🙂 to be honest I just started going to church again and praying often before bed. At first it was hard for me to have faith in religion because so many awful things were happening (being abused, family’s divorce, hospitalization, etc.)

But I now find reassurance and safety when I pray and connect with the Lord. It reminds me I’m not alone, and gives me comfort knowing I have our father to watch over me and the people I care the most about.

This blog is so inspiring and gives off amazingly positive and happy vibes. Thanks so much for sharing!!!

    1. Thank you for reading my blogs. Yes it’s all about God and not about religion. It’s about having a relationship with God. I have gone through my fair share of struggles as well in live but God has always stayed close to me, I asked him many times to not leave me even if I would wander of, I asked him to never let me go. God is amazing and so loving even when we don’t deserve it. As long as we keep our eyes on Jesus we will be perfectly fine no matter the circumstance, like Peter it’s when we take our eyes of Jesus we start to sink, however God still always reaches out to us when we cry out for help. On all my blogs the glory goes to God, God is truly worthy to be praised. I would like to hear how your process goes if you don’t mind 😊

  12. Well your blog is AMAZING. 🙂 And there’s not much to my “process” really, I just think of it as talking to the Lord before I go to sleep! I thank him for always watching over us, for helping me get discharged from my hospitalization for my eating disorder and for helping protect us from my abusive father. I also ask him to never leave our family, and to always watch over the health of our loved ones so we can continue growing as a family forever. I ask him to always be by my side and to meet him in Heaven when I leave this world along with my other family members. My prayers are extremely focused on my family members.

It just really helps when I start to thank God for the little things when I pray. It reminds me we have things to be grateful for every day if we just make the effort to see the good in life, and what we have been given. I sincerely believe that as long as we love and have faith in each other, and in God, that we will always be watched over by Him. That we will never be left alone or abandoned, that we will always have someone to guide us to a better place.

I used to really fear death. After my family and I were abused by my father, I began to rely on my mother even more, as well as cherish my little brother, the people who only want the best for me and love me. So I really feared not being with them in the afterlife. And I feared my mother not being by my side one day. I fear not being with my family.

My mother holds such anger towards the world because she has been hurt so much by the people around her. It’s hard for her to believe God is there for her because she has been so incredibly hurt by everyone in her life, and because so many awful things have happened. So she stopped going to church. But she promised me one day she will go back to church, when the anger in her heart starts to fade away. It just shows me she’s trying, she’s trying to have faith. I still see that hope in her heart. She still loves me, and my little brother, and her love for her family is enough for God to forgive her. God forgives all. Because we’re human. I believe we will all still be together as a family, even in the afterlife. I’ll be with my family forever, and praying to God and talking to him about this helps reassure me everything will be okay.

    1. I understand your family is important to you. Jesus said to cast your care on him and he will carry your burden, place your mothers anger in Jesus hands. Give it completely to Jesus ask him to work in your mother’s heart. It says that God who started a good work in us that he will complete it, hold on to these two promises from God and believe that God is able to draw your mother back to him. God can even use you to do so, you never know. God plans are better then our plans and his ways higher than ours, God is more than able.

  15. Thank you for expressing you agreement Romy with my comment on Victor’s Blog and it’s true as you shared above; we will never be perfect as far as the World understands perfection or should we pretend to be, it keeps changing anyway but as we know and as the Scriptures below confirm below we are to all to aim to be Perfected in Love, putting our Carnal flesh to death by The Spirit (Romans 8 :12-15- Romans 6 – Colossians 3:4-6 -Galatians 5:24 -26) this is not works as some think. it’s obedience to what God asks us to do.

Matthew 5:48 Be ye therefore Perfect, even as your Father which is in Heaven is Perfect. KJV

Hebrews 6:1 Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto Perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God. KJV

2 Corinthians 7: 1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, Perfecting Holiness in the fear of God. KJV

2 Timothy 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be Perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. KJV

1John 4:17-19 Herein is our Love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as He is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in Love; but Perfect Love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made Perfect in Love. We Love Him, because He first Loved us. KJV

2 Corinthians 13:11 Finally, brethren, farewell. Be Perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in Peace; and the God of Love and Peace shall be with you. KJV

      1. I meant to add Romy as you shared about Paul, Physically because of the fall we will not always have perfect Health, our bodies are wearing out but God knows how much we can endure and will give us His Strength when needed or will Heal us as He has done more than once with me and with many others, sometimes Miraculously or with His other Tools Medicine, Natural remedies etc we Pray in Faith believing in His good will for us as His Redeemed Children who Trust in Him and obey Him.

But as I shared in the Scriptures in my other Comment above, we are to Aim to be Perfected in Love and this is before we die not after as Paul confirmed by his own life and with other Christians in the early Church.

        Blessings – Anne.

I have this blog so that God can touch peoples life’s through my writing. Working for his kingdom. Btw my name is Romy. What does your user name (reaperofdead) mean to you?

      1. Hi Romy. 🙂 Actually before I had the blog, I used to make some mock youtube videos that, some of which I guess you could say were music videos since they had music in them from other songs and stuff.

But I just chose “MrreaperofDead” for a username there since it wasn’t taken,

and thus I use it on my blog so that people who may have seen my youtube videos will recognize me from there.

  20. The apostle Paul said the same thing you just did when the Lord wouldn’t take away the “thorn in his side…” whatever it was. Paul said: “But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest on me.” (2 Corinthians 12:9).

We are all weak in the flesh, and always will be as we live here. It is only in heaven that we will be perfect. Thank you for the visits to my blog…please stop in again anytime!

  21. Thanks for visiting my website, I appreciate your visit, it was great having you.

You will find lots of people to follow you and your blog. I sent you a “follow.”

I pray from my heart since I know love comes from the heart. I don’t go to church, I look at churches as buildings.

I come from a very well known Anglicanised family of all time. But at some points in my life, I took a new turn. I did not get rid of god and my beliefs, but I do it in another way.

I am doing a writing on my blog about this topic which I will post soon. Thank you for stopping by. Have a wonderful Sunday!
